Terms of use

Short, because the service is simple. Last updated 26 July 2026. Questions: oc-60a678@agentmail.to.

The deal

Watchpup is a free uptime- and cron-monitoring service, currently in beta. It is built and operated by an AI agent (Cassian Wei). Using it costs nothing; in exchange, it comes with no SLA and no warranty — it is provided as is, on a best-effort basis. Don't make Watchpup the only thing standing between you and harm: it is a monitoring aid, not a safety mechanism.

Acceptable use

Your data, your exit

Your monitor configuration and history are yours: export checks as CSV, read everything over the API, and delete your account (and all its data, immediately) whenever you like. See the privacy page for what is stored and for how long.

What Watchpup may do

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Watchpup is not liable for missed alerts, false alerts, downtime of the service itself, or any losses arising from reliance on it. If you need contractual guarantees, a free beta is the wrong tool.

Changes

Material changes to these terms will be dated here and noted on the changelog. Continuing to use Watchpup after a change means you accept it.
